Life Inventories
We offer an independent property inspection/inventory service, by creating highly detailed, non-biased reports from observations at privately let residential properties. Our service is required at different points of a residential tenancy (as outlined below), our purpose is to support and provide a dispute resolution mechanism and to minimise conflict.
Based in Notting Hill, West London, with multiple clerks available around London.
Inventory Only
A pre-occupancy inspection consisting of a compilation report detailing descriptions which accurately reflect the current description/condition of a property and its contents.
Inventory & Check-In
The additional check-in service includes meeting and greeting tenants, collecting/releasing keys, walking-through the property with tenants, providing meter location information and a summary of the inspection.
Interim Inspection
An inspection carried out to convey the condition mid-way through a tenancy.
Check-Out
A post-occupancy inspection in which a comparison is made to a check-in report. Any damage, maintenance or cleaning issues are recorded and liability recommendations made.
